Historical Analysis in IB MYP Grade 3 History
In IB MYP Grade 3 History, Historical Analysis gives intermediate learners (ages 13–14) the chance to practise asking questions about the past, comparing different accounts of an event and evaluating the reliability of historical sources.
MYP History is assessed against four criteria (A: knowing and understanding, B: investigating, C: communicating and D: thinking critically). Regular practice with historical analysis builds the knowledge and skills those criteria reward.
