MYP Mathematics is assessed against four criteria (A: knowing and understanding, B: investigating patterns, C: communicating and D: applying mathematics in real-world contexts). Regular practice with angles builds the knowledge and skills those criteria reward.
What learners practise
- Measuring and classifying angles
- Calculating angles in shapes
- Applying angle theorems to geometric proof
For students
Work through the worksheets, practice questions and revision resources at your own pace. Check your answers, then redo anything that felt tricky and explain each answer in your own words.
For revision
Use these resources for homework, end-of-unit revision and catching up on anything missed in class.
For teachers
Use angles activities as a starter, homework or retrieval practice, and mix free and premium resources to differentiate.
Show every step of your working, then check each answer by estimating first. Examiners reward clear reasoning as much as correct answers.
