NOTE :- Rank from top + Rank from bottom = Total members + 1

Lata's rank from top = 13th

Parul's rank from bottom = 19th

=> parul's rank from top = 25 + 1 - 19 = 7th

Vishal's rank is exactly between them

=> Vishal's rank from top = $\frac{13 + 7}{2}$ = 10th
