Let speed of current = $x$ km/h
=> Speed of boat in still water = $x + (\\frac{500}{100} \\times x)$
= $x + 5x = 6x$ km/h
=> Speed of the boat downstream = $6x + x = 7x$ km/h
Speed of boat upstream = $6x - x = 5x$ km/h
$\\therefore$ Required ratio = $\\frac{7x}{5x}$
= $7 : 5$
