The IB Career-related Programme
The Career-related Programme (CP) is for students aged 16 to 19 who want a practical route into further education, apprenticeships or employment. Students combine at least two DP courses with a career-related study and the CP core.
The CP core develops personal and professional skills, language and cultural understanding, community engagement and a reflective project, so students graduate with both academic knowledge and workplace-ready skills.

Plan your pathway
Use the core pages to organise service, reflection and your reflective project.
