DP DP Core
This DP subject group covers the three required components that sit at the heart of every Diploma: Theory of Knowledge, the Extended Essay, and Creativity, Activity, Service. Students choose courses at Standard Level (SL) or Higher Level (HL) according to their strengths and plans for further study.

Can I take courses from this group at both SL and HL?
You can choose HL or SL for most courses. The total across your six subjects must include three or four at HL.
