Speaking in IB MYP Grade 3 English Language Acquisition

In IB MYP Grade 3 English Language Acquisition, Speaking gives intermediate learners (ages 13–14) the chance to practise answering simple questions in full sentences, describing events and experiences clearly and presenting ideas to a small group.

MYP English Language Acquisition is assessed against four criteria (A: listening, B: reading, C: speaking and D: writing). Regular practice with speaking builds the knowledge and skills those criteria reward.
