Matter in IB MYP Grade 5 Chemistry
In IB MYP Grade 5 Chemistry, Matter gives advanced learners (ages 15–16) the chance to practise understanding particle theory of matter and analysing matter at the atomic and molecular level.
MYP Chemistry is assessed against four criteria (A: knowing and understanding, B: inquiring and designing, C: processing and evaluating and D: reflecting on the impacts of science). Regular practice with matter builds the knowledge and skills those criteria reward.
